If you play these Samples infront of a picked up old Telephone, what still can do Impulse Signal Connections, it calls the number you played without that you clicked any Button on the Phone.
It was done by me in the end of the 90’s with the Program Goldwave 1.0. Goldwave had an mathematical Synthesizer which worked totaly Formula based.

The Telephone Company still knows you called the Number. So its not a Hack of your Telephone Bill.
